Main responsibilities:

• Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
• Attracting new customers and business, achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
• Guiding customers through the mortgage process and advising on suitable products
• Participating in branch meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships

Skills and experience required:

• CeMap or industry equivalent qualification
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and service experience
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
