Cameron James Professional Recruitment is partnering with a leading estate agency and mortgage business in Reading to recruit an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Broker / Hybrid Mortgage Advisor.

This is a volume-led opportunity offering :

• 100 property sales per month
• £410k average property values
• £1,000+ average proc fees
• £3,000+ average case values
• Regular high-value (£1.5m+) transactions

Remuneration :

• Up to £35,000 basic (including car allowance)
• Monthly bonuses, pension, DIS
• OTE £80,000+ | high earnings
