Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is urgently seeking experienced Modular Joiners for a temporary contract in the Derbyshire area, with hourly pay between £21 and £22. Responsibilities include using joinery tools, reading construction drawings, and performing various joinery duties. Ideal candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in 1st and 2nd fix joinery and have their own tools and PPE. This role offers a Monday to Friday work schedule, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work alone if needed.

Responsibilities

• Marking up timber walls.
• Stripping and replacing floors.

Salary/Rate: £21 - 22 per hour + Overtime

We require 2 experienced Modular Joiners (Maybe a team) to join our client starting Monday the 4th of August, on a 4 month contract that may be extended, producing Refurbished and Partly Refurbished Modular Bay Units for various industries including Education/Training,Healthcare and Office Space.

About The Role

2 Multi Skilled Modular Joiners URGENTLY required to join a forward thinking Modular/Offsite business based in the Derbyshire area.

£21 to £22 per hour

Hours

Monday to Friday 0730 to 430pm

The main duties will be:

• Using various joinery tools
• Reading joinery construction drawings
• Erecting stud timber walls
• Marking up timber walls
• Stripping and replacing floors
• 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
• Plaster Boarding
• Window and Door fitting

Qualifications/and or Experience

• Minimum 2 years 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
• Strong Attention to Detail
• The ability to work under pressure
• Can work as part of a team.
• Can work if needed alone and unsupervised
• Ideally Modular Construction Experience
• Punctual, Reliable and a Hard Worker
