Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience.
• Ideally NVQ level 2/3 in Joinery and Carpentry.

Job description

2 Modular Joiners required to start immediately!

Location: Bridlington

Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour CIS

Minimum 39 hours per week with overtime

The Opportunity

2 x Modular Joiners required to work on a contract or Temp to Perm basis.

About the role

2 x Multi Skilled Modular Joiners urgently needed to join a forward-thinking Modular/Offsite construction business.

The main duties will include:

1. Measuring and cutting timber
2. Using various joinery tools
3. Reading joinery construction drawings
4. Erecting timber walls
5. Marking up timber walls
6. Maintaining a hazard-free workplace
7. 1st and 2nd Fix joinery duties
8. Semi-skilled joinery practices
9. Sheeting
10. Basic floor laying
11. Modular joinery duties

Qualifications and experience

1. Minimum 2 years of 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience
2. Ideally NVQ level 2/3 in Joinery and Carpentry
3. Strong attention to detail
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Teamwork skills
6. Ability to work independently and unsupervised when needed
7. Ideally modular construction experience
8. Punctuality, reliability, and hard work
