  • Provide engineering support within the workshop for consultants and technicians.
  • Assess customers' needs for new equipment and provide professional recommendations.
  • Generate accurate and timely quotations following on-site assessments.
  • Respond promptly to customer and internal queries.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage invoicing and payment collection.
  • Assist with general workshop operations and other tasks as required.

Overview

Trusted Recruiter is proud to be working on behalf of a highly respected mobility and rehabilitation specialist to find a dedicated Mobility Service Engineer to join their growing team in Oxfordshire. This is a full-time role offering the chance to make a real difference in the lives of individuals requiring mobility and independence support.

Location: Oxfordshire

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Attend customer appointments for services, breakdowns, repairs, and fitting of parts.
  • Provide engineering support within the workshop for consultants and technicians.
  • Assess customers' needs for new equipment and provide professional recommendations.
