Qualifications

Up to Basic Salary 40000k - OTE 48000 -50000

Schedule

Monday to Friday & 1 in 4 Saturdays

Responsibilities
  • Provide top‑note customer care by offering technical advice and conducting vehicle inspections for diagnosis, maintenance and repairs.
  • Deliver excellent technical advice, service and maintenance on all brand vehicles.
  • Adhere to relevant protocols set by legislation, the company, the manufacturer and suppliers.
  • Commit to continuous learning and development.
  • Optimise resource utilisation when delivering services.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 or NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage processes, administration and paperwork.
  • Capable of supporting coaching and developing colleagues and junior team members.
  • Hold a valid full driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points for a minimum of 6 months.
  • Provide evidence of the Right to work in the UK.
