We’re looking for a Mobile / Relief Cleaner to support our sites and step in where you’re needed most.

The basics

• Mobile / Relief Cleaner
• 25-28 hours per week
• Any 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday
• From £13.15 per hour (site rates may vary)
• £12.21 per hour travel time between sites
• Mileage paid at 44p per mile when using your own vehicle between sites
• Flexibility between 4:00am and 1:00pm
• Preference for candidates with their own vehicle (the possibility of a company vehicle can be discussed)
• Working across a variety of locations in Herefordshire
• Enhanced DBS check required (or willing to obtain one)

What you’ll be doing

• Travelling between different client sites across Herefordshire
• Carrying out general cleaning to a high standard
• Covering holidays, sickness and any additional work where needed
• Making sure rooms, facilities and communal areas are clean, safe and ready to use
• Following site‑specific instructions and health & safety procedures
• No two days will be exactly the same – you’ll be supporting different teams and seeing a variety of locations across Herefordshire.

What we’re looking for

• Someone reliable, punctual and professional
• A friendly person who’s happy working on their own and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail – you notice the little things
• Comfortable with early starts
• Ideally a driver with their own vehicle, able to travel between sites
• Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if not already in place
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
