Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of a diverse range of heavy plant machinery (excavators, dumpers, and rollers etc).
• Ensuring these essential machines operate at peak performance within the Watford area.
• Applying your skills as a Fitter to solve complex mechanical faults.

What you'll bring:

• A valid UK driving licence.
• Experience as a Fitter or mechanical fitter.
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• A proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
• Experience in other industries considered: Plant, Agriculture, Vehicle, HGV, Generator, Crane, or Forklift.
