Qualifications

• Candidates must have a full UK driving licence.
• Basic education should include GCSEs or equivalent.
• iPad or PC literacy is required.
• Ability to perform varied fabric and ground repair tasks to a high standard is essential.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance within SLAs across allocated sites.
• Work safely and follow all compliance and Health & Safety guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with site teams and colleagues.
• Accurately update and close jobs using the Mercury platform.
• Assess and complete service call requests efficiently.
• Order and collect materials for repair tasks.

Skills

Full UK driving licence

Basic education (GCSEs or equivalent)
