Job summary

A leading Facilities Management firm in the UK seeks a proactive Mobile Maintenance Technician to deliver high-quality maintenance across two sites in Southampton. The role involves both planned preventative and reactive maintenance, offering variety and independence. Ideal candidates will have experience in facilities management and preferably hold Legionella Awareness certification or City & Guilds Plumbing qualifications. We are excited to be partnering with one of the UKs largest and most respected Facilities Management businesses. They are seeking a proactive Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team, delivering both PPM and reactive maintenance across two local sites in Southampton.

The Role

Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance support, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across two nearby sites. This is a mobile role offering variety, independence and the support of a leading FM organisation.

About You

  • Experience within Facilities Management or building maintenance
  • Ideally Legionella Awareness certification and / or City & Guilds Plumbing qualifications
