Job summary

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in M&E maintenance and hold relevant certifications. The position is full-time and mobile, with some weekend work required for planned activities.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in M&E maintenance within commercial properties.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise M&E maintenance activities across commercial buildings.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile M&E technicians.
