Overview

Nationwide Mobile Mechanical Engineer - £38-42K + Van + Expenses. We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team, supporting sites across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, travel, and working independently while contributing to larger projects with a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality mechanical maintenance support across a variety of contracts to enhance the customer experience and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Maintain and repair: Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Air Conditioning systems; pressure systems, expansion vessels, and calorifiers; domestic and commercial hot & cold water systems; tasks in line with SFG20 standards.
• Travel nationwide with overnight stays to provide service across multiple sites as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with the systems listed above.
• Desirable: exposure to legionella water management and AP pressure systems.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a project team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan your own workload.
• Competent in completing clear, timely reports.
• Flexible approach to working hours and responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
