Job description

Randstad are seeking a skilled and qualified Mobile Electrician to join our clients mobile team and carry out electrical day-to-day repairs, testing, maintenance, and installation work on a portfolio of properties in Sunderland.

The Package:

• Competitive salary of £37,500 per annum
• Permanent, full-time vacancy.
• Monday to Friday work, 36 hours.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, installation, and testing works to the Client's domestic and commercial properties.
• To perform domestic and commercial electrical installation condition reporting.
• Complete minor elements of general maintenance tasks.
• Complete domestic electrical maintenance, ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Complete rewires, upgrading and replacing outdated or faulty wiring to maintain system integrity.
• Carry out smoke alarm installations, ensuring the proper installation and function of smoke detection systems.
• Complete fuse board upgrades, modernising electrical panels to meet current regulations and performance standards.
