Mobile Electrical Engineer - South East

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer to join our team, carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive works in line with contractual agreements across the South East region.

Tay Recruitment is working with a rapidly expanding maintenance contractor serving the retail, service, and hospitality sectors. We pride ourselves on delivering a reliable 24/7, 365-day-a-year service to our clients.

The Role

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs across multiple sites.
• Perform PPM, reactive maintenance, and emergency call-outs.
• Work both in and out of hours, including participation in a rolling call-out rota for evenings and weekends.
• Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and compliance regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Inspection & Testing (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
