Qualifications

• Experience working closely with demolition supervisors.
• Familiarity with site safety, exclusion zones, and environmental controls.
• Experience in performing pre‑start checks and routine inspections.

Responsibilities

• Execute lift plans and sequence of works.
• Record daily activity, inspections, and near-misses.
• Operate machines fitted with shears and pulverisers.

Skills

CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (Above & Below 10t)

Demonstrated experience operating high reach demolition machines

Strong focus on health and safety

Ability to work self‑employed (CIS)

Face Fit certification

First Aid or CAT B Medical
