Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Bracknell is seeking a Communal Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across communal areas. Candidates will perform various cleaning tasks, including floor washing, litter picking, and graffiti removal. A full driver's license and previous experience in a similar role are essential. Qualifications

  • Knowledge of COSHH is necessary for safe chemical handling.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently and use their initiative.
  • Previous experience in communal cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities

Overview

Communal Cleaner required. Working in and around the local area with a team of workers, you will need to be flexible and work using your own initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Your day to day will include sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, graffiti removal and carpet cleaning.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the range of practical and technical issues relevant to the provision of carrying out communal cleaning
