Qualifications

• Hold valid commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1 / 1A) – Essential.
• Strong knowledge of heating systems, boilers, and associated plant.
• Experience working in retail, commercial, or multi-site maintenance environments.

Responsibilities

• Cover mobile PPM, reactive breakdowns, and fault-finding on gas systems.
• Manage emergency call-outs for no heating / hot water.
• Perform boiler lockouts, resets, and address faults in heating systems.

Skills

Commercial gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, TPCP1 / 1A)

Knowledge of heating systems and boilers

Experience in commercial maintenance

Comfortable with planned and reactive work

Full UK driving licence
