Overview

Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer - London & Surrounding Areas.

Responsibilities

• Attend various jobs across London including reactive & planned maintenance works to contract clients including call out response & repair of all types of gas heating enquiries.
• Maintain and repair plant/equipment efficiently.
• Carry out diagnostic, fault finding.
• Effectively maintain PPM paperwork.
• Identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• Understand & comply with policies and procedures.
• Carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.
• Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required.
• Undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required.

Conditions

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (on site 8.30am off-site 4.30pm).
• ½ lunch break.
• Be available for call out rota.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience as a 'Commercial Gas Engineer' minimum 5 years' experience.
• Commercial Gas Safe.
• COCN1, MET1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, HTR1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODNCO1, CORT1, UVHW.
• NVQ Plumbing.
• Must be willing to work at height.
• A good general experience working on site and in occupied premises.
• Generally, IT literate.
• Clear communicator both oral and written.
• A customer focused approach.
