Our friendly Estates and Facilities Team in Canterbury are seeking a Mobile Cleaner, apply now and kickstart your career in the NHS.
We are seeking a Mobile Cleaner who has the determination, and valuable skills required, to ensure our hygiene standards are met in line with New NHS Cleaning Guidelines.
This post is for 37.5 hours per week, which is worked between the hours of 06:00-19:00 Monday to Friday.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
This role is based at St Martins Hospital in Canterbury which consists of four acute secure mental health wards, a large area offices building, a training centre, and a community older adults outpatient building.
The Site Management Team, Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, provides delivery of soft facilities services across site.

Candidates must have previous cleaning experience, basic knowledge of National Cleaning Standards, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, this is essential due to the importance of the post holder being able to understand and communicate handover information.
The ability to work without direct supervision is also super important.
