Our client, a leading facilities management company, is looking to recruit experienced Cleaners to join their dedicated & committed team.

The ideal candidate will be required to work as part of a team and on their own.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Empty rubbish and recycling bins in designated areas
• Maintain and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
• Ensure that all areas are free from dust, dirt, and debris
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the supervisor in a timely manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and being on your feet for extended periods
• Knowledge of proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals
• A valid UK driving licence is essential for these roles, as it will involve using a company vehicle

The working hours are as follows: Monday 0645 - 1515 & Tuesday to Friday 0700 - 1530, although flexibility will be required during the busier times.
