The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our mobile team in the Glasgow area. In this position, you’ll provide essential maintenance services for our clients at their sites, with a company vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Installation, repair and planned preventative maintenance of air conditioning systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety procedures across all contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Contract Manager, Contract Administrator, Supervisor, Helpdesk and Engineers
  • Stay informed on industry standards and best practices to ensure systems remain compliant with current developments.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and provide quotations for repairs or as requested by the client.
What we are looking for
  • Must have City and Guilds NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning as a minimum.
  • Previous experience in maintenance, repair and installation of air conditioning units, including VRF units.
  • Ability to perform Manual tasks including manual handling, working at height and in confined spaces as well as willingness to participate in the on-call Rota.
  • Full UK Driving licence is essential.
  • Self‑motivated and solutions focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
