Qualifications

Mobile AC & Refrigeration Engineer – Sunderland

£40,000 – £44,000

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on AC and refrigeration systems.
• Fault find, repair and install equipment including compressors, chillers and controls.
• Complete preventative maintenance inspections and corrective work.
• Support general building services tasks (HVAC, mechanical, fabric).
• Work to strict Health & Safety procedures and site standards.

What We're Looking For

• Solid experience in AC / refrigeration or HVAC maintenance.
• Strong background in PPM, reactive and technical fault finding.
• Experience working on commercial sites.
• Competent following RAMS and H&S procedures.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) or CITB J11 equivalent.
• Plus one of the following :
• NVQ / C&G level 2 / 3 in Commercial Refrigeration & AC
• NVQ / C&G in Heating & Ventilation
• NVQ / C&G in Heating & Ventilation Service & Maintenance
