Job description

We are looking for Class 2 drivers to join our team for an exciting new role!

Average start times are 0600-0800 a working a 9.5 11-hour day depending on volume.

Monday to Friday on Days paying from £13.42 Guaranteed 9 hours per day and overtime rate of £20.18 after 45 hours.

What can be expected with this role.

As a Class 2 Mixer Driver(previous mixer experience is essential). you will play a crucial role in our clients operations by ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of concrete to various construction sites around Llanwern(Newport) and the surrounding areas.

You will operate their well-maintained trucks and be responsible for delivering to our clients valued customers while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class 2 Mixer & have experience.
• 6am to 7am starts.
• Must be able to start 0600. Average start times are 0600-0800 a working a 9.5 11 hour day.
• Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driver's license.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification.
• Digi Tachograph card.
• Previous experience as a mixer Driver
• Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
