Job description

My client is a friendly, progressive mixed practice veterinary hospital with a strong team spirit and a passion for delivering exceptional veterinary care. They are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic mixed Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated and supportive team.
You’ll be working alongside 13 vets, 27 RVNs/SVNs, and an excellent support team in an RCVS-accredited hospital with a varied and interesting caseload. They pride themselves on encouraging case continuity and professional development, with several certificate holders already on the team and strong backing for further training and progression.
The role offers a 4-day working week, 8am to 6pm, with participation in the on-call and weekend rota shared fairly among the team.
Location Highlights:
The practice is based in a vibrant and well-connected village known for its twice-weekly market and monthly food and craft fairs. With excellent rail links and immediate access to the M6, Birmingham is only 30 minutes away, offering the perfect balance between rural charm and city convenience.
• Salary from £45,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
