Overview

Mixed Tax Senior - Newbury

Clark Wood have been instructed on an exceptionally rare opportunity, which offers the chance for an experienced Tax Senior or Assistant Manager to join one of the region's accountancy & tax firms, being based in Newbury, Berkshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the firm's Berkshire tax offering whilst maintaining a significant existing client portfolio.
• Undertake complex private client and business tax work for an interesting client base, tax enquiry work, providing tax advisory support to HNWIs, trusts and family wealth, along with corporate and property transactions, advising on business restructures.
• Provide high level advisory and planning services to a large existing portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients focusing on SMEs, OMBs, groups, partnerships & HNWIs.
• Business development and networking: develop client services and grow tax portfolio.
• Increase awareness and exposure of the firm's tax services.

Location

The Newbury office is commutable from areas all across Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Hampshire, Oxford, Reading, Basingstoke, Andover, Swindon etc.

Qualifications
