Cantell School is proud to be a heavily oversubscribed, inclusive comprehensive school with a student intake that reflects a wonderfully diverse and vibrant local community. Our fundamental mission is to provide an exceptional learning experience for every student so that they may lead a happy and successful life now and in the future.
In March 2024, we were judged outstanding in all areas by Ofsted. Whilst we are honoured to receive such an accolade, we must be clear that this does not define us. What makes us stand out in the crowd is the strength of relationships between our diverse student and staff body. It is one of the reasons why Cantell is a great place for students to learn and staff to work!
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic MIS and DATA Officer at Cantell School.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the school's Management Information System (currently Sims) and Data analysis processes, and work collaboratively with the school's Senior Management Team to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the school's data base.
You must be able to multi‑task and prepared to go the extra mile.
With exceptional organisational skills and a good knowledge of SIMS, you will be able to prioritise and work to deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and a meticulous eye for detail are essential.
We would support a candidate willing to study toward a DATA Analysis degree through Apprenticeship.
The school is committed to safeguarding children and all applicants are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Closing date: 04/01/2026
Although applications will be processed as they arrive, an earlier closing date may be made before this if a successful candidate is found.
