Job summary

A leading defence organisation is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join their Military Satellite Communications team in Portsmouth. This role involves capturing requirements, supporting VV&T activities, and defining system architecture for satellite programs. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electronics or similar, experience in digital telecommunications, and strong systems engineering knowledge. This position offers a rate of £55 per hour over a duration of 6 months, with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with digital telecommunications systems, MilSatCom highly desirable.
• Knowledge of systems engineering and architectural frameworks.
