  • Carry out MiG welding processes to the required specifications and standards.
  • Wear and ensure correct use of PPE at all times.
  • Follow work instructions and procedures to meet quality and production targets.
  • Complete basic quality checks and record results.
  • Report any equipment faults or non-conforming materials promptly.
  • Pack and prepare goods according to company packaging procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S).
  • Support other duties within production as required.
Education & Experience

GCSE or equivalent education.

Good written and spoken English.

Previous welding or manufacturing experience desirable.

Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
