Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for midwives who are passionate about supporting women to birth in low-risk settings, and who can demonstrate excellence, kindness and compassion, to come and join our team of experienced midwives providing excellent low-risk care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caring for a caseload of women planning home births, providing continuity of care at home throughout the antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods.
  • Supporting women who choose to birth on The Nest, a beautiful midwife-led unit, providing intrapartum and postnatal care.
  • Supporting our post-dates aromatherapy clinics.
  • Working in a shift-model at The Nest, with no current requirement to be on-call from home.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Varied post qualification midwifery practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for continuity and woman-centred care.
  • Access to own vehicle and ability to work across Warrington and Halton.
