Overview

THE OPPORTUNITY This is an exciting opportunity to join our Creative team as Midweight Graphic Designer until November 2026. You will be responsible for producing and creating innovative graphic design solutions on time and to budget using the critical path for our global Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton brands. You will work directly with our Creative Project Manager and Senior Graphic Designer to deliver show-stopping graphics on schedule and to brand guidelines. You will deliver artwork for use across all B2B channels such as, but not limited to; brochures, events, online, in-store point of sale, store window displays, advertising, PR, and internal communications. You can truly make an impact in this fast-paced, ever-growing business by creating captivating key seasonal and branding graphics for some B2C, and all B2B assets. This is a hybrid role meaning you\'ll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire three times a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week, this may flex up or down dependant on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Providing consistent meticulous graphic design work which demonstrates a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Following briefs and ensuring creative meets brand guidelines and styling.
  • Working with other designers from initial concepts and content generation with the ability to wireframe through to a print ready artwork.
  • Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use across all channels.
  • Briefing clear image editing and retouching to the Photography & Retouch team to suit graphic layouts needed.
  • Showing an excellent understanding of best in class artwork and print design needed on different artworks, print, production, and finishing processes.
  • Working with the wider teams to collate all imagery and product information for selling tools for use across all channels.
  • Merging data effectively, showing best practice to wider team.
  • Working with large volumes of information to create data visualization and information design across assets.
  • Maintaining a comprehensible digital asset library of graphic artwork.
  • Demonstrating clear knowledge of all stages of different project lifecycles to be able to manage own workload effectively, communicating this clearly with seniors.
  • Following seasonal department calendars and using internal project management tools to take accountability for delivering to the critical path as well as anticipating upcoming projects and ensuring concepts are being worked on in advance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve own work and other group projects or seasonal assets that form the graphic library.
Qualifications
  • Proficient understanding and execution of Design Principles: Alignment, Repetition, Hierarchy, Contrast, Balance, Typography
  • Excellent understanding of Adobe InDesign with a good understanding of the wider Adobe Creative Suite
  • Meticulous design aesthetic
  • Proven experience creating strong graphic B2B campaigns and retail imagery
  • Competent at exporting files for specific print or digital media and resolving any amends in a timely fashion.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brand\'s perspective keeping within their core values and design.
  • A conceptual thinker with strong brand and design awareness
  • An in-depth understanding of the brand\'s B2B target audience
  • Driven, positive designer with a flexible and versatile approach
  • Confident communicator across all levels
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Related degree in fashion/graphics/marketing/events is desirable
  • Experience in digi design is highly desirable
