Join a globally distributed, remote-first financial technology business operating at the intersection of markets and digital assets. The team supports sophisticated clients and high-volume activity, with a strong focus on security, reliability, and operational excellence.

As a Middle Office Manager (EU), you’ll keep post-trade operations running smoothly across regional trading and lending flows. You’ll ensure trades are captured accurately, settlements complete cleanly, and reconciliations are closed on time—spotting exceptions early and driving them through to resolution. You’ll monitor cash and asset positions across counterparties and infrastructure partners, working closely with Trading and Treasury to maintain readiness and reduce operational risk. You’ll also help embed clear SOPs, identify friction in workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering to improve tools, automation, and scalability—so processes don’t just work today, they hold up as volume grows.

Must-have experience

• 3+ years in middle office / trading operations / settlements / reconciliations
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle and exception management
• Strong stakeholder coordination and calm, structured problem-solving
