A leading IT recruitment agency in the UK is looking for a Microsoft Technical Success Manager to assist customers in maximizing their use of Microsoft products and services. This hybrid role involves engaging in customer relationships, educating clients on best practices, and developing technical roadmaps. Offering a salary range of £47,000 - £52,000 plus a £2,000 bonus, this position requires flexibility in travel to client sites as needed.

Opportunity to join an epic business as a Microsoft Technical Success Manager within a key team where you will work with many different parts of the team to assist clients in maximising their use of Microsoft products and services.
As the Microsoft Technical (not hands‑on) Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the specialist team that guides clients on their adoption strategy and consumption, this include current and future helping them to better understand their Microsoft landscape and how to improve their understanding and usage to be of maximum benefit to them.
Being a Fasttrack partner you will be a key part of the programme designed to remotely provide best practices and guidance for successfully onboarding workloads within Microsoft 365, including Intune, Defender, Entra, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, and driving adoption of Azure and Copilot/Copilot chat.
Anyone with an exceptional understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem would be a great fit for this role. A full working knowledge of Microsoft Products, their usage, application, and best adoption practices is essential. You are expected to hold your own in technical conversations with customers, giving advice or enlisting further technical resource where required.
You will be working on a Hybrid basis, with (flexible 1-3) 2 days a week in an office Birmingham, Manchester, or Buckinghamshire as well as some travel to visit clients and key Microsoft events.
