Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience integrating CRM with Azure services or REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and source control.

Responsibilities

  • Design and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) solutions.
  • Build plug-ins (C#), client-side scripts (JS/TypeScript), and PCF controls.
  • Develop Power Automate flows and custom connectors.
  • Create REST-based integrations and Azure-powered extensions.
  • Contribute to architecture reviews and agile ceremonies.
  • Implement security roles, data models, and governance standards.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions clearly.
