Role Overview
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will lead and deliver Business Central implementations with a strong focus on Finance & Accounting. You will operate remotely from the UK, Spain, or Portugal, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and supporting international clients throughout the full ERP project lifecycle.
This role is ideal for an autonomous, client‑oriented consultant who thrives managing multiple projects and delivering high‑quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, particularly Finance & Accounting modules
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and Business Central capabilities
- Write functional specifications and document business processes
- Configure Business Central and participate in integration testing
- Deliver user training and support change management
- Collaborate with international teams, stakeholders, and technical consultants
- Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Travel internationally (up to 30%) for client onsite work
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 years experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central functional consulting
- Mandatory: Strong hands‑on experience with BC Finance modules
- Solid accounting or finance background
- Proven experience delivering international Business Central implementations
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English
- Strong organisational abilities and multi‑project management
- Confident, autonomous, and client‑focused mindset
- Partner‑side experience desirable
- Must live near an international airport in the UK, Spain, or Portugal
- For UK candidates: British Citizen or ILR required (no sponsorship available)
