In our Metering Administration Assistant role, you will be expected to provide administrative and Customer Service support to the Metering Operations department in order to facilitate the resolution of customer issues. You will be well organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload and you will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service skills to our customers.
The Metering Administration Assistant will assign and complete work using several IT platforms, so the ability to learn and use new IT systems is essential. They will also be expected to speak with customers - this could involve arranging for work to be carried out as well as dealing with complaints both verbally and in writing.
Although we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it's important to us that we support flexible working patterns and job share options (when we can), to help you make the best of both your work and home life. We know that juggling childcare responsibilities or getting that ideal work/life balance isn't always easy!

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
