A customer service oriented company in Plymouth seeks Meter Readers for a flexible, full-time role that involves collecting data from gas, electric, and water meters. Candidates should be physically fit, self-motivated, and have a full UK driving licence. The job offers the chance to work independently while managing your own schedule and targets. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Enjoy great exercise outdoors and flexible working hours.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy spending time outdoors, preferring not to be confined to a 9-5 office role?
Our client is looking for Meter Readers across Plymouth and Exeter. This is a fantastic role for someone self‑motivated to work independently.
Within this role you will also have the opportunity to acquire a company car.
The ideal candidate will ensure customers receive accurate and up‑to‑date bills by collecting data from gas, electric and water meters, using a hand‑held electronic device and other equipment. There is a great deal of flexibility within this role, such as planning your route and managing your schedule and workload to achieve the targets set for the week by your field delivery manager.
There will be an occasional need to walk longer distances as not all customers live in built‑up areas, but you'll get great exercise!
One of the benefits of this role is that it's a full‑time flexible basis between hours of 8am - 8pm Monday‑Sunday, working 40 per week.
Full training is provided so experience is not necessary.
If you're looking for a role that incorporates customer service, managing your own time and the opportunity to spend time outdoors then apply now or get in touch with any questions.
