A fast-growing steel and metals trading business is seeking a Metals Operations Team Lead to join their London office. This is a hands-on leadership role supervising two Metals Operators while supporting three Metals Traders across trade execution, storage, and UK distribution.

This position would be ideal for someone currently working as a Senior Metals Operator or already supervising a small team, looking to step up into a team leadership role with broader operational responsibility. You will play a key role in day-to-day operations, including shipment coordination, inventory management, compliance, and documentation, while contributing to the company’s plans to expand into additional global offices.
