Job description

Roles And Responsibilities

• Work in the MPBU Metal Finishing section with processes such as Chrome, Nickel, Cadmium, Silver, Tin, Copper, Phosphate, Heat Treatment, Non-Destructive Testing (Nital Etch), and other related processes.
• Perform daily electroplating tasks on components from various aircraft platforms, including processes like Cadmium, Nickel, Chrome, Silver, Tin, Copper, and Phosphate.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels of chemicals and consumables.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly control checks.
• Maintain the required 5S standards.
• Ensure quality standards comply with EASA, FAA, and company procedures.
• Follow environmental, health, and safety regulations relevant to the plating bay in MPBU.
