We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced MET Technician for their well‑established, independent bodyshop located in Henley‑on‑Thames. This MET Technician role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable team that values professional development and offers a supportive environment.

  • Predominantly Monday to Friday work, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with an early finish at 3:30 pm on Fridays

Duties:
  • Perform comprehensive mechanical and bodywork repairs on allocated vehicles
  • Conduct dismantling, fault‑finding, and diagnostic work efficiently
  • Re‑assemble vehicles with new parts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Conduct inspections and testing to confirm vehicle condition
  • Identify faults or issues requiring attention or safety consideration
  • Conduct road tests on vehicles in a safe and legal manner, ensuring roadworthiness
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and communicate effectively with team members
