An exciting opportunity has arisen for a merchandising admin assistant (MAA) to join this fashion retailer on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone who is eager and excited for the role.

Suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.

Responsibilities
  • Produce weekly delivery summary for department and feedback to department weekly
  • Monitor weekly returns analysis report
  • Resolve warehouse delivery queries
  • Dealing with shipping and customs requests
  • Provide administrative support as required to support the department

  • Advanced Excel knowledge essential
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to multi-task
