Overview

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated merchandiser to work with our client, McCormick, the makers of Schwartz herbs and spices - helping bring flavour to stores across the region! If you love being on the move, taking ownership, and seeing the results of your hard work, this could be the perfect role for you. Starting on 29th September, working full time, 40 hours per week until 30th January 2026.

£120 per day including completion bonus + company van and all business mileage.

Location

Ideal location: Glasgow, United Kingdom, G1

Territory

Territory covering: Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Paisley and surrounding areas

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Collect and deliver stock from a nominated depot straight to stores - with a company van provided.
  • Follow in-store delivery processes and get everything where it needs to go.
  • Merchandise the main fixtures and secondary displays, making those herbs and spices look irresistible - all to planogram standards.
  • Take clear photos and report your activity via a mobile app at each visit.
  • Keep an eye out for out-of-stock lines and ensure displays stay fully stocked and visually on point.
  • Lift and move stock - this is a physically active role.
This Could Be the Job for You If You
  • Have some experience in merchandising, grocery, or retail.
  • Own a vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
  • Are comfortable using your smartphone to report activity via an app.
  • Can multitask, manage your time, and work independently.
  • Enjoy being on the road and working on your own initiative.
  • Are physically capable of lifting and moving stock daily.
  • Have access to the internet and a mobile phone you\'re happy to use for work.
  • Are fully available for the duration of the activity (see below).

Please Note: Heavy lifting is a regular part of this role.

Key Details
  • Van Delivery: Monday 29th September
  • Briefing: Tuesday 30th September at Cosine Head Office, Thame (travel expenses paid)
  • Working Hours: 40 hours/week - flexible between Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm
  • This is a fixed term contract until 30th January 2026.
  • You will not be required to work bank holidays including 25th, 26th December 2025 and 1st January 2026. You will be required to work all other dates, with accrued holiday being paid to you at the end of the contracted period.
