Are you an experienced Merchandiser looking for your next step within a fast-paced online retail environment? Our client, a rapidly growing business in the online retail sector, is seeking a confident and commercially minded Merchandiser to join their Leicester team on a permanent, on-site basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key product categories, work closely with cross-functional teams, and play an important role in trading performance and product availability across the online retail operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the merchandising function by managing the critical path and ensuring products launch on time.
• Analyse sales data, stock levels, and customer trends to drive commercial decisions.
• Work collaboratively with Buying, Marketing, and wider internal teams to deliver strong ranges.
• Forecast demand, monitor sell-through performance, and identify opportunities to increase margin.
• Maintain accurate reporting and ensure data integrity across all categories.
• Build strong internal and supplier relationships to support product flow and availability.

About You

• Previous experience in a Merchandiser or Assistant Merchandiser role within retail or online retail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial actions.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working at pace.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel and merchandising systems.
