Responsibilities

  • Lead the Merchandise Financial Planning process for LEGO.com.
  • Create and maintain plans driven by retail metrics.
  • Support annual target setting across sales and inventory.
  • Provide baseline metrics view tied to consumer sales plan.
  • Track actual performance versus plan across all retail metrics.
  • Identify risks and opportunities within financial plans.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure plan accuracy.
  • Work on process improvement and overall transformation readiness.
