Overview

We are seeking a MEP Revit Technician to join our Worcester office. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, and designers, supporting projects across healthcare, commercial, education, residential, and regeneration sectors. This role is ideal for someone with strong Revit skills who enjoys collaborating on diverse, high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and manage 3D Revit models.
  • Produce technical drawings and schedules for planning, coordination, and construction.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Check models for accuracy, clashes, and compliance with BIM standards.
  • Maintain Revit families, templates, and digital content libraries.
  • Contribute to the design process from concept through to completion.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Previous experience in an architectural or engineering environment.
  • Good eye for detail and accuracy in drawing and modelling.
  • Understanding of BIM processes and standards.
  • Confident communicator and effective team player.
Desirable
  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, education, or commercial.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
  • Familiarity with other BIM or digital design tools.
