• Strong HVAC background with experience as a Shift Leader or Engineering Team Lead.
• 5-7 years experience in technical building maintenance or critical environment operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all project-related activities across MEP systems.
• Oversee project works including inspections and site access management.
• Manage communication and outreach to third-party vendors.
