Role: Project Manager - MEP

This role is a pivotal position during the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase of a highly complex structural refurbishment project with a critical MEP interface. The role provides an opportunity to shape delivery strategies early on and ensure a seamless transition into the construction phase.

Key Details

• Phase: Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)
• Start: Immediate
• Duration: until the end of 2025
• Next Stage: If successful with the main works award, construction will run through 2026 (full-year programme to be developed)
• Estimated Project Value: £20m
• Employment Type: PAYE preferred, Limited considered (subject to QDOS test)
