Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £42,000 per annum + up to £4,000 annual performance bonus

Are you an experienced and values-driven leader with a passion for improving mental health services? We are looking for a Mental Health Service Manager to lead, develop, and oversee high-quality mental health support services in Hull.

About the Role

As the Mental Health Service Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred support. You will lead a skilled team of mental health support workers and work closely with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of mental health services, ensuring high standards of care
  • Manage budgets in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Lead, support, and supervise staff, promoting performance, wellbeing, and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safeguarding requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Develop, implement, and monitor service improvement and action plans
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance reporting effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor outcomes to ensure services are recovery-focused, person-centred, and outcome-driven
