As a qualified Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD or RGN with MH experience), you will ensure young people and adults with acute mental health needs receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:
