Job summary

A leading NHS healthcare provider in Morpeth is seeking a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to support clinical pharmacy services in inpatient areas and community treatment teams across various mental health specialities. The role requires an MPharm degree, General Pharmaceutical Council registration, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in mental health is not essential, as comprehensive training and support will be provided. Qualifications

  • Experience in providing clinical pharmacy services is preferred.
  • Experience of working within a mental healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support clinical pharmacist services in inpatient areas.
  • Manage medicines reconciliation and review appointments.
  • Provide high quality services to patients and healthcare professionals.

Education
