A national health service in Teddington is seeking a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver psychological interventions for adults with severe mental health difficulties. The role includes conducting risk assessments, developing care plans, and working closely with service users and multidisciplinary teams. We are looking for a Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Twickenham Integrated Recovery Hub (IRH). The Twickenham IRH provides secondary mental health care for adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
Please note: this post is for qualified MHWPs with a graduate certificate (Level 6) or postgraduate certificate (Level 7) delivering the national curriculum for Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners (Adult Specialist Mental Health).

We are preparing to implement the trust's community transformation plans in line with the Community Mental Health Framework to improve access and provision for clients with severe mental health difficulties. We will strengthen relationships with primary care and develop new links with the voluntary sector.
